Dr. Gaye B Vance, PhD

The scheduling to see her as of late is horrible. I do the recommended and schedule 2 appointments ahead of time. However I’m either not getting reminders for the appointments, or the appointment I have doesn’t exist, and it’s the day before/after. Since this is the second time it’s happened, I’ve called the office but no one picks up! I’ve left messages for the front and no one responds, just my therapist informing me I missed an appointment. The check balancing is off as well, randomly I owe 90 bucks for something I was informed I paid months ago. I don’t feel as if I should have to pay for a missed appointment when it’s so unorganized like this. My busy life style and I’m an unorganized person as well. ?? So i feel like if im taking time out for myself, I should be seen & not hit with a no show for an appointment I didn’t even know about.
