Very slow at getting back to you with test results which is ok if you are waiting for your cholesterol results, not ok if you are dealing with something more serious. It took 2 weeks to get response from Dr. Raja and office staff will not release results until doctor has "reviewed". The office confirmed they had results within a couple days of test. Had to instruct phlebotomist (in office) to stop, put on gloves, and reclean my arm before drawing blood. I contacted office staff about issue with blood draw and got no response. Plus, horrible, horrible office staff.

I am thrilled with Dr. Raja and this practice. I have had good treatment, she spends a good amount of time with me explaining test reslults, and my questions are always answered completely.

Needed copy of physical for new job, took hours to reach real person in office (finally used emergency line), then copy never forwarded to employer dispite dropping off 2 blank copies to be filled out from exam recently completed. Got call back from office 6 months later asking where they could fax it. Too late! Very hard to get appointment without long wait even if having urgent medical matter. Dr. Raja herslef seems competent, but office is just not worth it. Unbelievable pain to get anything from office-- referrals, lab results...
