Can't believe this place is still running under their current conditions. This was my first time coming to this office. The first thing I noticed was that every single girl that was sitting and answering phone calls were NOT wearing any masks and the two who were had it under their chin. I immediately felt uncomfortable and had questioned why they were not wearing any masks. I was told that because of the plastic film that was covering the window that they didn't have to wear a masks since they were not having "direct contact" with patients. I then asked if all the girls working happen to live together and they said no. I feel that this is very dangerous and reckless on their part as they do not seem to care about the safety and wellness of their staff and patients. This is especially dangerous for the many pregnant women that come in and out of the office looking for prenatal care. Not long after questioning why the staff were not wearing any masks AND after already paying the copay,… a woman came out and told me that I was not going to be seen by the doctor today because I was "rude and disrespectful" towards the staff and was asked to leave. I simply asked why they weren't protecting themselves and others and I think that my actions were completely justified. I'm sure that I was not the only person who had felt uncomfortable coming into this office however I am not one to sit back and stay quiet. I'm writing this review to alert anyone and everyone of this business and how careless they are being in the middle of a pandemic. It's scary to think about how many people these girls could have unknowingly exposed every single day they work without wearing masks. You would think that a DOCTORS OFFICE during a WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC would care about the health and safety of their patients and make that their absolute TOP PRIOITY. I'm honestly glad I did not receive any care from them because seeing how they are handling the pandemic, I can't imagine how their quality of care is. The fact that Dr. Ibrahim; whom I did not even get to see; would allow such reckless and dangerous behavior to occur is downright outrageous. If you are or have any loved ones that are high risk for COVID-19 PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Your health and safety is so important and is not worth going to a place that does not care about that. Please think about the 300k+ people who have lost their lives to this virus. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP.
