We love Dr tu his professional and caring . We been with him forever and will continue. Yes the wait is long but hes Amazing ????

Dr Gene Tu treated myself and my daughter for many years. I moved away and wasnt able to find anyone here in Oregon that cared like he did. Yes you wait to see him but for me it was worth it because he spent quality time listening to our concerns. Hes not the bad dr and I would trust him with my life. Wait times could be improved.

UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR MEDICAL MALPRACTICE AND INSURANCE FRAUD. DR. TU HOLD PATIENTS RANSOM FOR MONEY IN THE SAME MANNER THAT DOCTOR IN CHINA DO. HIS OFFICE STAFF ARE ACCOMPLICES IN HIS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.

Warning! Do your research on this doctor! He is very irresponsible and unprofessional, doesn't care about his patients ans cant believe hes still in business. Changing him was the best thing i could of done, but not before learning a hard lesson. Please be very careful!!! Rude staff, very unprofessional also! Dirty office too.....not good at all.

My family love this doctor. He cares so much about the patient. Yes, Dr. Tseng got arrested. All the patients are adult. Don't the patients are old enough to use the brain. They are not retarded or handicaped. I just do not understand people blaming the doctor. Why blaming Dr. Tu for Dr. Tseng problem. Helloooooo Wake up.....

We felt so mistreated at Dr. Tu's office today. The nurse is so unprofessional and we waited for more than one and a half hour and still didn't get a chance to see the doctor. It was ridiculous.

Overall this place is a joke, wait time was over two hours... came to find out the doctor does not stroll in until 1pm when they open their doors at 10am. They just plant you in a room and see you when they feel like it. The office is dirty and the waiting room is just as big of a mess.

Talks too much to vendors and friends while patient is waiting. Keeps patient waiting longer than necessary due to conversations with non-patients.

I have headache for many years. I ahd multiple primary doctors told me that it was either migraine or stress and just to take tylenol and forget about it. No one bother to find out cause of my headache except to tell me not to worry. One day, I couldn't find my primary doctor as usual and one of my friend recommended to see Dr. Tu. When I went at 8PM, the clinic was packed with many patients. Dr. Tu still saw me and thoroghly took my history and decide to start comprehensive checkup. Eventhough my insurance has many red tapes, Dr. Tu was able to get all of my tests done within 2 days and told me that I had aneurysm. He quickly arranged to have me underwent surgery within 1 day. My neurosurgeon told me that if I would wait any longer, I could die instantly. Thanks to Dr Tu who acccurately pinpoint my problem and took care of it so quickly which saved my life. I can't believe for such hard working doctor that work 7 days a week who took care of many patients and still take time… to help his patient as if I was his family member. Thank you, Dr Tu, you're angel that wa sent by god to save my life
