Dr. Geoffrey Philip Groom, MD

Dr Groom was my doctor growing up. Now that I have a son, he is my son's doctor too. The big thing that sets Dr Groom apart from the rest is his respect for his patients and their families. He always takes his time when explaining conditions and answers every question honestly. You can't go wrong with Dr Groom.

I'm writing this because he is hands down the best. I first was recommended a doctor at sharp and was not happy with him. Then dr. Groom from a close friend I was extremely happy with my decision to go with him. Dr. Groom and his wife treat you like family. He calls to check in with you and your child several times until they feel better. He crosses his t's and dots his i's and he never makes you feel like you are being a bother. Thanks dr groom!!!!!!! And Cheryl!!!!!!!

Dr Groom is an outstanding doctor, he follows up after our children have seen him and overall I really feel that he cares for the welfare of our children and our family.

My youngest children ages 10 and 14 have been seeing Dr. Groom since they were newborns. My oldest child who is now 27 began seeing Dr. Groom in 1993. I wish as an adult that I could find such a thorough, competent, and caring physician. Dr. Groom always asks questions about my childrens mental health, how they are doing academically in school, about their visits to the dentist, etc. He spends a long time with my children during their office visits. He routinely calls the house after a visit to his office to find out how my children are doing. His explanation of their condition is always explained in non-technical language. When my childrens diagnosis requires they see a specialist, he has always recommended excellent doctors. Besides being an outstanding physician, he also has a great personality and sense of humor. There is nothing derogatory I can say about him. I am convinced he is one of the finest Pediatricians in the United States.
