It was a horrible experience. Long wait times and arrogant attitude. I cannot recommend this Dr.

Dr, Hsieh performed my hysterectomy and my bladder prolapse in one surgery instead of two. He did a remarkable job, and I am very pleased with my results! My healing time was very quick and I highly recommend him for this kind of surgery. He is very skilled in his profession, and I liked his bedside manner! He is a very good surgeon!!!!!

Had an appt on Dec 13 th. Said would send my results to lab. Said would take a week and they would call if I had an infection. I had all the symptoms and had to endure a week before results??? I finally called them on the 22nd and sure enough I had an UTI. Almost 2weeks of suffering. Finally sent antibiotics to pharmacy. I will NEVER go back and I suggest nobody else see him.

I wish I could give Dr. Hseih zero stars. I have been taking my mom to see him as she has Alzheimer’s and needs my assistance. Dr Hseih is cold, rude, completely disregards the humanity of his patients and is totally inconsiderate of their time. He’s NEVER on time and never offers any apology for the 2-3 hours wait. A normal doctor office wait time is expected but extra HOURS of waiting is very difficult with someone who has Alzheimer’s and is constantly terrified of new surroundings. I’ve never experienced such a horrible bedside manner. I wish we would have been referred elsewhere. It’s not that hard to be kind and considerate as a physician...people are obviously in a time of need when they are coming to you.

Terrible office staff! Wait time after surgery (post op) exceeded an hour and a half. They are so sismissive and unprofessional, especially Patricia/Patty.

He’s very a confident Dr. He knows what he’s doing...looking forward to my Female Surgery next month so I feel better.

I like this dr he is very thorough he talks to you and listens. I think he is a great dr.

I have never had the worst first appointment ever. I was placed in an exam room at 1025am and by 1125am never saw him. I walked out and placed a complaint with my insurance company.

I was referred by my doctor to see Dr. Hsieh, the first visit was ok, no complaints with him. Long wait tho. my second appt. was made for a week later, for a discussion about my sugery and to schedule for the surgery. i get a call from the front desk to reschedule my appt. i tried rescheduling but the front desk keep saying thier system is down. A week later i finally get an appt. which is now a month long wait. I dont think this is fair to the ones that had an appt. already and because of thier error on thier behalf i now am put back a month.
