Dr. Geoffrey Bryant Phillips, MD

Very easy to talk to. Very comfortable setting. Helped me a great deal.

I have not seen Dr. Phillips in a few years but what I remember most about him is how caring he was. I saw him for about 7 years and when I came to him I was a mess. He has helped me so much and has made life worth living.

Dr. Phillips has no bedside manor,and could care less about his patients. I had to deal with him on 3 ocassions and they were all awful. He does not want to listen to you or our concerns. He does not return phone calls. He does not explain himself regarding his treatment.

Being a former patient in need of seeing him again. However, he never returned the phone call. I heard from the friend that referred me before that he just dropped her during a very critical time of her need. He told me when I was seeing him that he has a lot of respect for the friend that referred me and that was how I was able to schedule in the appointment to see him back then. If true, how could he just stop seeing her when she got really ill? Very questionable in terms of his ethics.

I was referred by my Dr. to this office with the warning that it will take forever to get someone on the phone let alone an appt. I had no choice but to see this doctor in this office. You would think with such a long wait, his office could be staffed properly to return a call within a 2 week period. Sad.

Dr. Phillips spent little to no time evaluating my father at a critical point in his recovery/observation period. He cancelled several apts. and failed to follow up with a diagnosis. On the day my father was to be discharged he was MIA causing an extreme period of waiting. My father's team of doctors tried numerous times to get in touch with Dr. Phillips who ignored their calls.Very unsatisfied with his service and wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

Unbelievable human being, professional, courteous,productive d, honest, caring and productive doctor. Honorable and humble, effective in his medical skills. Thsi doctor has saved my life!!!

i can't imagine what it takes to be as efficient, caring and dedicated like he is to all people. it was an honor to be treated by him.

He doesn't see teens or young adults because it's too much of a hassle he says. Attended his 10-week behavioral class on overeating and it was a joke. I got nothing from the class. He is boring and uninspiring and offers no help. He likes to be vague. Don't pay him $225 to see him for psyche eval for bariatric surgery. He won't accept insurance although he is in network. He bills under a separate company so he can get his money. Go to an in network psychologist and and just $15 copay. There is something fishy about him I don't like.

Dr. Phillips is a wonderful Dr., very caring, very easy to talk to. He isn't "full" of himself as many MD's are. If you need a psychiatrist I strongly recommend him.
