He is one of the best cardiologist in Sacramento, CA, and got his M.D. from UC San Francisco, one of the top 25% Medical Schools in U.S. He is very polite and caring, listens and understands patient's concerns very attentively and does not rush for the next patient; so you might have to wait for 15-30 mins sometimes, but its worth Dr. Emlein's care and attention.
