Carnevale is the most arrogant person we've ever met. He immediately rubbed us the wrong way. We were not given the option to see another doctor so had to put up with his bad attitude and rudeness . He did nothing to help the situation but we left feeling Cheated because we got no help, just arrogance.

This physician took advantage of my impaired state and convinced me to pay out of pocket even though he was an in-network provider. He did not submit for pre-authorization until after I repeated asked him to do so AFTER the neuro-psych evaluation. He then pocketed the insurance payment and attempted to keep my payment as well. A neuro-psych eval is supposed to take at least 5 hours. He spent 3 with me. His report is short and poor quality as reported by another neuropsych I presented it to.
