Dr. George Albert Carty, MD

Dr. George Carty specializes in vascular surgery with additional expertise in phlebology, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of blood vessel conditions. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia Facultad De Medicina Alberto Hurtado and completed his residency training at Raritan Bay Medical Center. With over five decades of medical practice, Dr. Carty brings extensive experience to his specialty care. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Carty maintains hospital affiliations with Select Specialty Hospital Saginaw, Covenant Medical Center Cooper, MyMichigan Medical Center Saginaw, and MyMichigan Medical Center Tawas, with practice locations in Saginaw and Tawas City, Michigan. His clinical focus includes treating lower extremity swelling and varicose veins. He performs Doppler ultrasound procedures to evaluate blood flow and diagnose vascular conditions.
