Dr. George A Cohen, MD

Incompetent doctor. Would not listen to me when describing my symptoms and missed a giardia diagnosis because he refused to perform any tests. I suffered needlessly, then was tested and treated promptly and easily by another doctor that actually listened with a $10 antibiotic. Front office billed to insurance incorrectly on two occasions, then sent my bill to collections which dropped my credit score. Horrible doctor. Horrible office staff. Avoid.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cohen-he is caring, knowledgable and the office is run very professionally.I say this as a former director at a health insurance carrier who also had medical clinics-because of this, I am able to assess quality well. The other benefit to Dr. Cohen is that he is an internist in addition to being a gastroenterologist.
