Dr. Collis saved my life and gave me smaller "twins" that are as beautiful as they were 20 years ago! His staff members Madeleine, Jeanette, and Janet are value adding assets to his practice. I felt heard and safe. This office has a real process with pre and post-surgical best practices, ensuring my insurance coverage BEFORE scheduling me for surgery. Seems obvious, but doesn't always happen. Dr. Collis is a compliment to his profession. He has wonderful bedside manner and an ease with which he approached my surgery. He is an elite doctor with exceptional skills and precision. Clearly, he took his time with my "twins" reductions. My "twins" are spectacular and it's been ten months post-op. My "twins" have no visible scars from the front. Scars underneath breasts are completely smooth. I drove 90 minutes to get to Dr. Collis' office and it was worth every mile.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Collis and his team from start to finish. And I am over the moon with my results! I look better now than before my reconstruction. My course was bilateral prophylactic mastectomy with implant reconstruction. Dr. Collis is an artist who works hard to achieve the best result. You can tell he is truly happy when you are happy when you look in the mirror. He is proactive, prescribing meds to combat nausea and infection post-surgery. He is patient and answers any questions. A great bedside manner; gentle sense of humor. Things could not have turned out better. If you are looking for the best surgical experience, look no further. You have found it.

Being diagnosed with breast cancer is a diagnosis that you hear about but never expect it to happen to you. When I was diagnosed, I needed to feel in control and immediately began interviewing my "Healing Team". My exceptional insurance allowed me to choose my own doctors rather than having them chosen for me. What impressed me about Dr. Collis was his compassion and professionalism. I had interviewed with other plastic surgeons with waiting rooms that advertised how perfect you could be, but cancer is ugly and scary and I didn't know how it would leave me. This is not a breast enhancement: this is reconstructing, and I wanted a plastic surgeon that understood that and how it mentally affects the patient: me. From the first visit, I felt Dr. Collis was in control of the reconstruction, and his confidence and professionalism made me feel secure lessening the anxiety of the procedure. I could not be happier with the results, and the fact that he still welcomes me with concerns is… comforting and reassuring. His team is second to none, and I can say without reservation, that Dr. Collis and his team were key to the healing of my body and spirit.

Dr Collis did my breast reconstruction after double mastectomy. I am of slight build and have thin skin so the final product came out ever so slightly puckered. I was and am thrilled with them. They look better than before surgery. My scars are hidden under my breasts. Dr Collis wanted to do more work to make them perfect, I declined. I believe he is a perfectionist, I on the other hand am happy to get through this with quality and could not be more pleased with him and his entire staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Collis for over a year. He performed my double mastectomy. He removed any and all concerns and always took the extra time needed to answer any questions and make sure I was doing okay. His assistant Janet is wonderful and she also took time to make sure I was doing okay. They are a dynamic team and I highly recommend them for your surgical needs.

He is a great surgeon who cares about his patients. Not only is he is kind and patient, he is also knowledgeable about the newest procedures. I was really satisfied with the final push he gave. However, the start was a little shaky. No playing around, he just got straight to it. But overall I am happy. I really liked it, and reccommend it.
