Dr. George Gendy, MD

Dr, Gendy is an excellent doctor with a great "bedside manner"! He has the skill to fix the worst of orthopedic problems and will do everything he can to help you regain your mobility. I will use him anytime I have an orthopedic issue.

Yesterday, I saw Dr. Gendy for the first time and was impressed. I have had foot pain for over 4.5 years, initially due to breaking of two toes. Within a matter of minutes, he was able to pinpoint the origin of the pain. An injection verified the location and a few minutes later, I was pain free for the first time in years. My previous podiatrist (from another state) was not as thorough and as a result my first injection was in the wrong area and offered no relief. It is likely I have Morton's Neuroma which will need surgery, but at least I now have options. I am the research queen (spreadsheet and more) who searches for and reads numerous reviews for selecting goods and services. Hoping this review will help someone else. (Side note: he had students with him yesterday. In my experience, this lends credibility to this doctor.)

Two years ago I sprained and hair lined fractured an ankle. Dr. Gendy was very professional and I had no recovery issues. This year I needed peroneal tendon repair. I live in NY and waited until I got to Phoenix in order to have Dr Gendy do it. His professionalism, concern, the ability to explain the issue in terms you can understand and experise is why. His office staff are great. His medical asst Terena went out of her way to get me scheduled and the office girls and tech were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

In my opinion Dr. Gendy is the Best at his profession and you couldn’t ask for a better individual/doctor taking charge of your care and well-being.

I came to Dr. Gendy with a severely deformed foot from a botched surgery preformed by a podiatrist. I was wearing a large boot for a year and no chance of ever putting on a shoe again. At this point I was ready to just take my foot off so I can move on. Dr. Gendy spent many hours of his own personal time studying my case! He was very honest and explained my situation so I was completely prepared for any outcome. I just had my post-op appointment...… huge success!!!!! Dr. Gendy saved my foot and completely changed my life!!!! I will be in a shoe again!!! He is so incredibly talented and a wonderful person also! His whole staff is fantastic!!!1

Having a Morton's Neuroma was a complete pain. I saw Dr. Gendy who performed a Morton's Neuroma Surgery that went very well. I am an athlete and a nurse. Everything turned out great. I kept asking around to my other nurse friends who to go see and his name kept coming.

Dr. George Gendy repaired my ruptured Achilles tendon exactly six weeks ago. We could not be happier with the result. I am already walking on it and it has excellent range of motion with very little pain or discomfort. Also, compared to some of the random scar images I saw online when googling this procedure, my scar is exceptionally clean and tidy. It is hard to find good doctors. Dr. Gendy and his staff are the best. They took awesome care of my broken foot. It was my first fracture ever. Everything turned out great.
