WVU Medicine’s mission is to improve the health of West Virginians and all we serve through excellence in patient care, research, and education. High standards of behavior are expected of all individuals to not only fulfill our mission, but also to achieve our vision – to transform lives, eliminate health disparities, and be the healthcare provider of choice in our community – as well as to promote excellence.
Dr. Herriott has been my Orthopedic Physician for over 20 years. He is efficient, professional, extremely careful, and correct in performing his procedures and diagnosis. He is willing to discuss alternatives and also the pros and cons of the process. During a period of over 80 years and association with several medical practitioners in that time he is at the top of my list of counselors and surgeons. One of the best and top of the line in my opinion.
