When I Was A Patient Of Dr. Kaiser, At The VA; He Made multiple Errors In Making Decisions In My Health Care... One Of Which Lasted YEARS And Nearly Caused My DEATH, Due To His Incompetence. ..I Had A Liver Infection For MANY Years, And He Refused To Allow Me a Complete Physical Examination ~ Even After Several Requests Because HE Couldn't Find Anything Wrong.... Infection Cause My Loss Of All Teeth Over The Years, Eventually Went To All Parts Of My Body, INCLUDING My Brain, Had Emergency Surgery, a MONTH In The Hospital, Years Of Rehab With Little Results...I Remain Disabled To This Day... Not ONCE Did He Acknowledge One Single Error Was Due To His Lack Of Care Or Knowledge. During One Of My Final VA Appointments, He Asked The Routine Question "How Have You Been Doing"? I Replied With "Not Well At All; Due To The Nephropathy & Pain In My Feet, It's Difficult To Even Walk, And My C.O.P.D. Seems To Be Getting Worse" ... Without Missing A Heart Beat, Here's His Reply: "What You Should… Do, Is Go Outside A Couple Times Every Day, And Walk Around The Block"....Needless To Say "I Didn't Even Reply".... Really, What COULD I Say To A Comment Such As His.?.. I Now Have Medicare & South West Is Doing Their Best, But Much Of The Damage Is PERMANENT...There Are Other Events As Well; But Unless Some Asks, I'll Not Include Them Here. ~~.I Was About 56 When It Started & I've Been Disables From Almost The First Day..~~ I'm Now 78~~ That Much Of MY Life Has Been STOLEN.....With Not As Much As An Apology.....
