Dr Kartalian is an excellent Doctor that has great concerns for his patients. Highly recommended. He explained everything well, very professional. His staff as well are great with everything that you need and their care and support.

I went to another Dr for ankle problems that was misdiagnosed/treated. I Was referred to Dr Kartalian and he got me on track and on the mend. Clearly described my issues and gave me options and plan of attack for each one. Everything has been great and while the recovery has been long it’s gone according to plan! Appreciate his clarity and giving me options for returning to normal.

Dr George is a great choice. Knowledgeable, looks to diagnose the problem correctly and looks at all the conservative options first. Awesome Doc!

Dr. Kartalian has a quiet demeanor, but he is very throughout in his remembering why you have a follow-up. It might mean that he has read my chart before he came inside the room to see me. A lot of other doctors give me the impression they don’t know why you are there. He provided the names of two doctors that are in the area we live in for me to call to see which doctor has the specialty for Post Polio Syndrome. He recommended that I have X-Rays of my toe before he sees me. My toe is healed and he has discharged me. I totally recommend this doctor and I am happy he is part of your team.

Excellent methodological diagnostic approach

This doctor is not qualified. The surgery to fuse my big toe went well. While healing scare tissue got tangled into nerves in my foot. This caused pain burning and tingling in my foot. I went back several times to have him look at toe. Each time he would X-ray my foot and tell me nothing was wrong. I went to another doctor who explained I was suffering from a Nuroma. No X-ray was required. How a doctor with thirty years experience could not diagnose it is sad. Had it been diagnosed early it would’ve prevented a long and painful period. My foot now requires another surgery to clean up the tumor caused by the nuroma. Find another doctor!!

He took the time to explain the multiple issues I am having. He did not rush me at all. He made sure I understood everything (not an easy task). Couldn't have asked for anything more. Wonderful experience.

I now have had surgery performed by Dr. Kartalian and several follow up visits. He is a very good surgeon. My toe was completely shattered. It's a long recovery but and his assistant Tori are amazing, caring and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kartalian to anyone in my family or my friends. He spends time with you and makes sure you understand what he is telling you. He has the x-rays up and shows you clearly how bad things were and how things are progressing. Great experience. I am still under his care.

I had an emergency and the staff bent over backwards to get me in to see the Dr. He had surgery but came in early to see me before his surgery. My appointment was at 9 AM and he saw me at 9 AM. I didn't have my disc with x-rays and no one gave me a bad time about it. They just accommodated me w/o fuss. Dr. Kartilian was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me thoroughly and answered my questions patiently. Surgery is Monday. Feeling confident.
