Dr. George Timothy Kelly, MD

Kim, a staff member, is extremely rude. I had questions regarding appointment and received different answers, when Kim got on the phone she yelled and pretty much said she could care less about customer service. I had several patients say the same about Kim.

Been with him for about 20 years. Never a complaint.

Rude, condescending, expensive, pointless appointment. *Main issue: they prescreen patients and review your chart before you can make an appointment. I waited 3 months to be told that my PCP was very thorough and there was nothing they could do and no more tests to run. Why did I need an appointment at all? *The intake sheet only asks about symptoms from the past week. After being in constant pain for over 6 months mine had begun to subside. It's my understanding that this is normal for many rheumatic diseases. They did not ask follow up questions or seem interested when I tried to talk about past pain. * This was a video call and even though the office did a test call first, I could barely hear and they did not offer to try calling back or fixing it in any way. * When I asked about muscle loss and swelling in my hands he asked me to hold them up to the camera and the whole thing would have been funny if it weren't so sad. He seemed very annoyed when I asked about an in person… appointment. * THE BILL I have good insurance and my part was still over $200. For a 15 minute appointment where I could barely hear and they told me there was no reason for him to see me. I'm sad that he's training students to treat patients this way.

This man is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Oddly enough, this would not be enough to deter me if I thought he had any ideas other than what TV adds can tell me about the drugs he recommends. In fact, he knows even less. At least the ads do a quick rundown of the possible dire consequences of using a product. He is not interested in a patient’s concerns or in answering questions. I’d say he definitely should have retired a long time ago, but I somehow doubt he’s ever been any different.

Dr G Timothy Kelly is a wonderful caring and dedicated doctor. After 4 days in the hospital with no diagnosis and symptoms worse than when I was admitted, I was about to be released from hospital and was just told to look for a rheumatologist. My son found Dr Kelly’s name and even though it was after office hours, he agreed to come and see me in the hospital: he came the same evening and order tests that gave a diagnosis and began intensive treatment, He is kind, and has de desire to help patients. He even came to see me to follow up my treatment after a conference and before going to his wedding anniversary dinner. That shows his dedication and care for his patients. THANK YOU dr Kelly!

Obviously Dr. Kelly only believes in his bottom line $$$$

He listens and really cares how you are feeling.

I waited 8 months to see this doctor in hopes he could help with a diagnosis as to why I have muscle weakness and unexplained pain. I waited an hour past my appointment time in his office. It took him all of five minutes to tell me there’s no reason for me to be there and quickly ushered me out. Another devastating appointment with doctors that don’t care to help people.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kelley and a lot couldn’t be done yet because I’ve been necessity of getting medical records that he was right on it explained everything seemed very knowledgeable and I will be going back to him

Dr. Kelly is very knowledgeable about Sogren's Syndrome. When I come to see him with my list of questions he patiently answers all my concerns. He explains things very clearly. He also has been a great help with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
