Best dr alive so compassionate tells pt all info needed about their care just an all around great dr ive been his pt for 23 yrs

Dr. Matook has been my Ortho since 2000. He’s helped my back, knees, shoulder, and elbow. I’m so sad he is retiring. Wish the Hospital Administration would make him an offer he can’t refuse!

DR.Matook is a good doctor. However, his staff is the worst. Rachael and Rackeal are so rude and non professional. Read the other reviews before going there. They need customer service in the worst way and it is worrisome they work with injured and sick people.

My wife fell and broke her femur. Dr Matook repaired her hip by replacing the femur "ball" with a metal one. She was up and about in a few days with a walker and has had very little pain or discomfort. She loved Dr. Matook's bedside manner and the way he seemed to care about her. Upon visiting his office for post op care the staff was courteous and polite.

Ive heard wonderful things about Dr. Matook and was feeling hopeful that I would finally get some much needed help. But when the receptionist finally called me back (a week later after multiple calls to their office) she was extremely rude and told me I needed to look someone else up to help me. Wow...guess I should've read these reviews first so #1 I would have been prepared for RACHAEL. #2. I could have told RACHAEL that maybe she should read them herself. So, with that being said. He might be a great doctor but he allows his patients to be treated like crap so he must not be a great person. So, I'm going to follow her advice and look someone else up!

Have never been talked to so rude or treated so bad by any other drs staff.

Script person is hateful and makes u feel terrible and you dread having to go pick up it up. Seems like there is a problem a lot of the time too. You never know exactly if you are going to get it when you think you should.

Great doctor

Doctor might be more palpable if it weren't for the witches that work for him. If he is unable or unwilling to replace those 'ladies' he might consider sending them to a Dale Carnegie class in an effort to ignite workplace enthusiasm with courtesy and compassion. Meanness is curable!
