I first went to Dr. M 12 years ago when I broke my wrist, it was his first week in his practice in Austin. He repaired a crushed wrist and did an excellent job. Twelve years later , I had another issue with my other wrist and he is still being a caring and excellent doctor for our family!

I had Dr. M. perform several upper extremity surgical procedures in the past, about 4 years ago. I was a mess. Fast forward to today- I am leading an active lifestyle without pain and suffering. No discomfort, hands and arms are in great shape, thanks to the surgical skill of Dr. M. Thank you very much!! Jim T.

I found this doctor to be thorough in his assessment and frank in his diagnosis. Although his appearance suggests another culture, his English is impeccable.

Dr. Mundanthanam and his staff were beyond professional, going out of their way to accommodate my parents' needs, as they had driven 8 hours for their appointment. The doctor was friendly, took his time to answer all of our questions, and explained in detail all of our options and procedures. He listened to our concerns and fit us into his busy schedule to perform the procedure the same day as our consultation. All of the staff were friendly and personable, making us feel at home. I would give him 100 stars if possible, and my parents will definitely be back to have the next procedure done on the other hand. The doctor and staff were fantastic!

Dr. Mundanthanam saw me for car[al tunnel release. He diagnosed it quickly and scheduled a surgery right away. he did a double surgery because I did not want to go through the procedure and healing twice. He talked to me about the procedure and what to expect and answered every question I had. His demeanor is so very pleasant and there is no rushing to do anything. If you want a truly enjoyable experience(considering what has to be done) then this doctor is the one to contact.

Dr. Mundanthanam performed carpal tunnel release, cubital tunnel release and trigger finger release on on my husband and carpal tunnel release on myself. Both of us had been in pain for years and are now symptom free. A pain free recovery and back to normal activities in 2 weeks. A great surgeon and a very nice person.

Dr. Mundanthanam treated me for carpal tunnel and a trigger finger - the surgery for both was smooth, recovery a breeze, hardly needed any pain meds. He makes you feel at ease, doesn't pressure you into anything, explains things in layman terms, and has such a fantastic personality - a natural 'people person'.

Dr. Mundanthanam is one of the most personable, professional, and knowledgable doctors I have ever visited. I tore a tendon in my thumb, and he took great care of me. I had minimal pain after surgery and a smooth recovery. I have an inch scar that is undetectable. My OT repeatedly bragged on his surgery and loved working with his patients which speak volumes given the number of surgeons she represents. You can be assured that you will have a great experience with him. My only sadness was having to say goodbye to him on my last visit.
