Great 1 on 1 visit which was much appreciated. Dr. Starch listened intently & showed care for my post knee surgery concerns. Gave me some good advice going forward.

I have to leave for my job the next day so I made an appointment to have my shoulder looked at and to get a cortisone shot if possible. So made the appt same day I had to leave. Asked me for my insurance so I gave to them. That evening before the appt I received a phone call from a woman who said she couldn't verify my insurance info so they would have to cancel my appt. I called my insurance company. They said they never received an inquiry from this Dr or his office? To me, the woman from the Dr. office I spoke with may have been a little prejudice? To claim the insurance company didnt have me as a member was ridiculous and irresponsible. If they didn't want to honor my appt they should've just said so. Not call me after hours to tell me a lie that they couldn't verify my insurance. I didn't appreciate the "dialect" aor the lies.

If you want to see PAs this is the place. Even sent in the newest PA to say Knee Replacement. 8 visits and never met the doctor.

Receptionists rude. If you don’t like your job find something else that you don’t greet the public.

My two David Starch knee replacements have been stabilizing, life enriching and "solid" work! He's an excellent guy as well as superb surgeon. He's a community and family man as well!

Dr Starch(a man of few words,but very efficient,for sure),he replace my both knees ,in my opinion he does leasing to you,he operate on me at Christus Santa Rosa(New Braunfels)in my and other opinions a great surgeon,he replaced my second knee 6 months after all you have to do after OP do the exercises,very important,he cares and when you talk to him he looks right in to your eyes ,that is a good sign. You can trust him,I'm very happy with the results,in my case,also the staff super nice.

Great experience , we love the staff and love the Dr. thank you for all y'all do ! It was amazing to have very little pain after surgery and hardly any pain medicine. Thank you!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Dr and his office! Spotless clean, polite, professional and very knowledgeable! We were kept informed of all steps and procedures and we are SO satisfied in every way possible! We would not use anyone else!
