Dr. George Michael Nicoloff, MD

Awful!!!! Jill is running patients out of there I see from reading these reviews. Dr Nicoloff is out to lunch half the time and if you want anything, you have to go thru the “gestapo” I worked for a dr for 22 years and was shocked by how she treats patients. Your front desk can make you or break you and this office is a nightmare. RUN!!!!

I am a 60-year-old male who has been a patient of Dr. Nicoloff’s for over 15 years. The current receptionist has been impolite to me on numerous occasions. Receptionist has severed phone conversations with me when attempting to speak with Doctor. Receptionist has declined taking message for Doctor to return patient calls. Receptionist has closed window deliberately and turned away ignoring me while standing in office. I have witnessed similar conduct towards other patients waiting to see Doctor. I experienced a medical crisis recently and was completely humiliated by the receptionist attempting to contact Doctor for explanation of my condition. The staff turnover in the office has been very high over the past 5 years. I do not feel comfortable returning to this office and will pursue another primary care physician.

Hangs up on you. Cold greeting in morning. Slams window on you. Why is she still there.

I have been seeing Dr. Nicoloff for 2 years now. I am surprised to see the reviews I have. Dr. Nicoloff is always very thorough and explains things in a matter that "the every Joe" could understand. I finally feel like I have found the physician for me! I have not experienced anything but great service from Jill. She has always been helpful and courteous on the phone and in the office. I find it funny the complaints here are about office policy, which I'm sure Jill has no say in. It is not her practice. It seems that people don't like to pay their bills and don't agree with the "no show" policy. Which is posted in the office Move on people........If you're not happy I'm sure there are others that are waiting to be seen.

office receptionist is worst person i have ever seen. Rude and always treats patients with no respect. Claims that i had an appointment although i didn't and charged me no show fees. Doctor is ok, tries to conduct testes that insurance do not cover. I would not recommend this practice

My kids have been patients here since birth and it was great in the beginning. We have since been charged for a missed appointment that was incorrectly scheduled (we had the appointment card written with time and date, but apparently they go by whats in their computer only) Now after tolerating the last couple of years with the rude front desk staff, I cannot even say anything good about this office. I cannot stand calling this place or signing in for appointments. Literally the rudest people I have ever dealt with in a "professional" setting. Good Luck to Dr. Nicoloff I guess. Maybe he likes it that way? Not sure.

Rude staff

Extremely rude and uncaring office staff. Doctor just pushes supplements and no real medicine is practice. My preschooler complained about having difficulty walking after a visit. I called and was told there were no appointments to just go to the ER. This is 3rd time my son has had an issue and have been disregarded and have been told to just go to the ER. Doctor does not call you when you leave a message. No care for patient at all. Just handing out overpriced supplements to grow his pocket.
