Dr. George Edward Platt, MD

Office staff is friendly but Dr Platt needs to retire. Has no specialty experience in anything other than prescribing pain meds and medicinal marijuana. He is a JOKE a FOOL and the RUDEST bastard I’ve ever encountered. My husband was with me and was very upset how this doctor treated me. He’s too old to be in practice and lacks any compassion whatsoever

Move to Canada needed a doctor knew nothing nobody for the area and two small children asked around is recommended made appointment went to go see him the staff is beyond perfect wonderful kind happy funny it’s like a family there and if you have an emergency they’ll fit you in trust me I hate doctors but I have no problem with Dr Platt or the receptionist or any restock make you feel like you

Dr. Platt and his office staff are all very caring and accommodating. If you call after hours with a problem they return your call ASAP. I have only good things to say about all that work there, they are all cheerful and kind and Donald is the absolute best at getting you appts with specialists, usually sends you the same day if needed. The office has a home town feel with the best care with people who actually remember your name, you won’t find this any where else.

Dr. Platt was my primary care physician for over 20 years. I regret having to change physicians, but I have moved three hours away. Dr. Platt was extremely thorough in his care for me; particularly helping control my Type II diabetes. His calm, caring demeanor makes his patients feel at ease. He is in no way dictatorial; rather soft spoken and informative. He would take as much time as needed to answer my questions to ensure my understanding. He is one of the most caring, compassionate doctors I have ever received treatment from.

Had same complaint for over 3 years and each time been told either not to worry about it or it has just been ignored! Fell and broke hand, went to Dr. Platt's office and a month later still waiting to be sent for an x-ray, had to go to ER to get taken care of! Need surgery, neurological dept sent over referral a month ago and Dr. Platt's office has done NOTHING, called ins co and they called and found out Dr. Platt's office was holding my surgery up when I need this very badly and this office is keeping me from my surgery! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE.

He caught something considered rare & hardly mentioned in the mainstream media, and in time too. Kudos! :)

Dr.Platt is a wonderful doctor, a little dry humor, but excellent doctor. , the CNP that he has are also excellent, as for the rest of his staff they should be cloned, Good in all areas. As for me and my family we will stay with Dr. Platt and his staff as long as he will have us as patients.

Didn't really care about medications ive been taking for years. Stated" I don't deal with antianxiety meds, its a waste of my time." Thanks doc, for diagnosing your self. What does that do for me? I guess I'm the strung out antianxiety junkie. What a joke of a Md. I wouldn't recommend my dog to him!

Myself and my children have been going to this doctor for years. I have been fully satisfied with this doctor, & will continue going to him.
