Great doctor and great office. He actually listens!!

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. I had an appointment scheduled and for financial purposes considered not going. I called the front office to inquire about a fee for cancellation IF I were to opt out. I was told she would call ‘right back’ since she’s new and didn’t know the correct answer. A half hour goes by.. nothing. So I follow up with another phone call and she confirms that there is a fee (which I assumed). When I tell her I will come to the appointment to avoid the penalty she proceeds to tell me that she has since filled my appointment slot with another patient and that I now have a $40 balance on my account. For an appointment that I. Did. Not. Cancel. BUT was given away to someone else I love Dr. Royer but his staff is the absolute worst and I will never return there again because of them. 0/5 stars.

I have been taking my children for regular check-ups and other treatment for minor health problems for many years, however, the office staff was so unhelpful and rude on the last few visits and attempts to get an appointment that I have decided to look for another doctor. I just hope there is one available who is an equally good doctor but has a nicer office staff.

Short wait and I actually saw the doctor, not a PA! Love this place!

Dr Royer is very responsive and a great listener. He is very affirming and helpful. We have special needs child and he goes out of his way to help us and make sure we are accommodated.

I would recommend Dr. Royer. He has been by my side for four years, very great "bed-side" manners. I am comfortable with Dr.Royer and his staff.

By far the best primary care physician I have had.

Absolutely the best personal Doctor I have had, he is easy to talk to personable and offers options. Very happy I have him as my Doctor.

Dr Royer is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about him, He takes his time with his patients,listens to concerns and acts in a professional caring manner. We are so lucky to have found him to meet our medical needs!
