Dr. George Lazaar Schiffman, MD

He knows what he is doing!!. I have had COPD for 15 years and he is the first of many Drs. I have found who can and will discuss pros and cons of medications with a patient. He has adjusted my meds so that in the past 2 years I have had no exacerbations or illnesses. He does not over medicate as all previous doctors I have had, were wont to do. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Schiffman takes a real interest in my health. He will do procedures and testing when needed. I would recommend him to my family.

Horrible staff. No follow up by doctor. Would never recommend!!

Dr. Schiffman had no compassion whatsoever. I would tell him I had weezing and then he would say things like "You don't seem short of breath to me." Then he started asking me all these irrelevant questions like what I want to do with my career and telling me about his kids. I was there for medical treatment, not for an hour long discussion about his or my personal life. Never going back to this doctor

This man is no doctor. Calling him a doctor is an insult to all healthcare professionals. Insensitive, arrogant, incapable of basic human kindness. Be warned, find any other pulmonologist in Orange County but stay away from this incompetent and phony UN-professional.

Save yourself lots if time and aggravation. This is a poorly qualified and insensitive person with limited people skills and even less ability to solve problems.

I found Dr. Schiffman very professional, very caring, very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me. I did not feel rushed in asking questions. His staff was also very friendly and professional. I am very impressed.

Very large ego prohibits him from listening to contrary input. 2 Nurses confirmed bad bedside. He may care about patients--just not very much.
