Dr. George C Stephens, MD

First visit to his office and I was told I would need surgery. He told me all the good and explained. But all the things bad that would happen he didn’t explain to me. I developed degenerated disc disease very quick and also has signs of spondylosis. My last visit to him I explained to him that I’m having the some pains and other pains are starting to occur. He explained to many that there are only three ways to get DDD- old age, smoking And genetics. None of those three are anything that could have caused that for me. In this same conversation he made a statement that maybe your adopted and I lost my cool. I recommend no one to this office. How long must this go on to people that truly needs help.

Dr. Stephens is a total jerk, very arrogant. No reason telling him your symptoms or what is hurting you because he doesn't listen. He totally ignored me when entering the room, never introduced himself just sat at a desk with his back to me. Now after his injections didn't work he tells me there is nothing else he can do for me and that if I want to continue working I would just have to deal with the pain. No wonder every time I was in his office there was no one else there. The whole time I was under his care I may have saw 3 other patients. I do not recommend him or his practice for anything. Now after getting a second opinion, they actually found my issue which he would not even consider anything but what he diagnosed.Go somewhere else.

I have been doctoring with Dr.Stephens since 2002! He is an excellent doctor! He preformed two surgeries on me and both worked wonderfully! His bedside manners is short and to the point. If you want a doctor to baby you don't go to him! If you want a doctor with successful outcomes! He's your doctor.

Didn't introduce himself upon entering room, didn't look at me, just came in and sat down with his back to me and started asking questions. It is as if he is trying to intimidate. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr Christopher Stephens -being straight forward is one thing but this guy is a jerk

The way the doctor spoke to my wife she came home and was crying. I would not mind seeking a lawyer over this cause he pretty much said there is nothing he could do and didn't give reference to anyone until my aunt brought it up.

Dr Stevens is one of the most caring and excellent physician and surgeon . I have been seeing Dr. Stevens for about 6 years now and he's being really nice and pleasant to me . he also have done surgeries on my mom and she's doing really good. Dr Stevens is a really a nice physician and spiritual man. Thanks

Dosent care to talk or spend time getting to know you. The dr. Does know what he's doing. I'd prefer a doc with no personality to one without skill.

Horrific experience with this Doctor. Not up to date on latest medical procedures and almost performed the wrong procedure on me. When I questioned him he became rude, unprofessional. Does not care for his patients as all.
