Dr. Theodore is just the best doctor! I met Dr. Theodore just over a year ago. After four surgeries and seven years in a boot due, I had little hope that I would ever walk without pain. Dr. Theodore was my last hope. In our consultation, Dr. Theodore was thoughtful and kind in his questioning. Not only did he gather my medical history, but Dr. Theodore also listened attentively to my concerns and considered my hopes moving forward. Subsequently, he explained that my surgery was rare and complicated. Dr. Theodore explained the options, outlined possible outcomes, and offered support throughout my decision-making process. Given his thoroughness, professionalism, and expertise, I had the utmost confidence that, to whatever degree possible, my surgery would have a positive outcome. In the many months following my surgery, Dr. Theodore treated me with compassion, kindness, dignity and unwavering honestly. Not only did I feel supported, but I also truly felt that Dr. Theodore genuinely… cared for me. Dr. Theodore is not only an exceptional doctor, but just a lovely person. Furthermore, Dr. Theodore’s Team- Kayla, Michelle and Clancy - are extraordinary. Their efforts and care supported me throughout this process. They, too, have contributed so much to my healing. It is because of Dr. Theodore’s skills, now, one year later, I am walking every day and participating in yoga three days a week- all without pain! I have repeatedly stated to Dr. Theodore that he is a miracle worker, which he modestly brushes aside. He has given me an extraordinary gift- the ability to participate in life again without pain. I will always be tremendously grateful to him. Dr. Theodore is exemplary at his craft for both his skills and kindness.

Exceptional physician with outstanding technical skills and bedside manner. He is a "doctor's doctor". He successfully diagnosed and repaired a very complex ankle injury.

My foot was collapsing after an injury. I walked on it for ayear, seeing another local orthopedic doctor. Dr. Theodore was so kind, professional and took the time to expalin everything to me. He repaired my foot and I have my life back. I can walk with no pain and even wear sandals or no shoes at all. I love him!!

I believe Dr. Theodore is a very talented surgeon. He will do an excellent job operating on you. Aside from routine questions, which he answers, he can be abrupt, harsh, and borderline condescending, dismissing your complaints and substituting his beliefs.He is a very good surgeon, and busy, but could learn to chill out a bit. He was pleasant with me at the hospital and just before going under, but, aside from that...

He is an amazing surgeon. I have had many many surgerys for my ankle and have seen my share of doctors for it. I finally got refered to Dr. Theodore a couple of years ago when no one else could help. He is so caring, gives his honest opinion (even when its not the best of news) and a very smart man.

Ive had 3 surgerys now with Dr Theodore. He is the best doctor i have ever had. I have had 9 surgerys total. He is caring, knows his limits, gives you options. Hightly Recomended.

I fractured my ankle and my neighbor suggested I see Dr. Theodore for it. Wow!! 8 weeks no wait after surgery I was on my feet again...he's amazing, nice, and accurate as all get out! His residency staff is awesome too...the best @ MGH in my opinion!
