I have been seeing Dr.Tsoutsoplides for over 17 years. He is a knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate Doctor.

Dr T has been my ob going into my current third pregnancy. He's very understanding, compassionate and an excellent doctor. I recommend him to all my friends for anything from pregnancy to a simple check up. He doesn't rush you and answers all your questions. Your well being is his top priority, not money unlike most doctors. All my pregnancies have been high risk and he's handled all of them with the utmost care. We need more doctors like him.

There is not a single bad thing I can say about Dr. T or his staff. Dr. Tsoutsoplides saved my life and without him, my youngest son would not be here! He delivered all 3 of my children and took excellent care of me through 2 ectopic pregnancies. He called me personally to check on me, would go out of his way to give me tests results because he knew I would be worried, he calmed my fears and celebrated any good news with me. Words honestly can't describe how much love and respect I have for him, not only as my Dr, but the incredible human being he is as well. His nurse, Ann Marie, is awesome as well. She treats me as a person, not just another patient. I can call and talk to her and she knows exactly who I am without looking at my chart. You can walk in there and it feels like you 're hanging out at your friends house. I don't know any other dr 's office that will call, just to see how you are doing because they haven't heard from you in a while. I can go on forever. Just know,… picking him as your dr will be one of the smartest choices you make!

My overall experience with the doctor was just fine. He did his routine thing, although I was not thrilled that he insisted on giving me an ultrasound when I told him that I felt that it was not needed (I'm 25 and I don't have any health problems and I was not pregnant). That aside, he was very nice and professional. My issue is with his office staff. I was not greeted when I entered the office, I was not instructed to fill out any new patient forms until I went up to the window and asked myself. After my visit, I was instructed by my insurance company that I had to get a pre-authorization from my doctor in order to have my prescription for birth control filled. I called the office, spoke to a receptionist and told her what needed to get sent to the insurance company. Three days came and went and she never contacted my insurance company. When she finally did, the claim got denied and I was instructed by my insurance company to have her resubmit it. I called her, asked her to… do it again. Again, three days came and went and nothing. I called her to follow up and she said that she couldn't get to it because the office was busy. Fine. She said that she would put a note in my file, and as a response, I asked her to take care of it as soon as possible. It has been two weeks so far and nothing has been submitted to my insurance company. As a result, I had to pay full retail ($110) for a prescription that should have only cost me $40 under my insurance. I am very, very disappointed wiht the lack of courtesy and promptness that this staff has shown me and I will never go back under any circumstances. To tell me that something as simple as a phone call could not be taken care of because the office is 'too busy', is ridiculous. If the office is so busy, then you should not be admitting new patients and then neglecting them after you get your money from my copay and insurance company. Horrible.
