Dr w is a great doctor. Been with him for 9 years . He listens rtf o my needs and works with me.very caring..... thankful for his help.

This Dr. Is fabulous! The office people efficient and warm. Completely satisfied.

For an office that caters mostly to patients with mental health/emotional issues, Dr. Westerman's front office "help" are rude, brash, demanding, apathetic and loud (there's a double strike because not only literally loud but everyone in the waiting room also knows all my business loud). Dr. Westerman as a psych doc is a seemingly gentle and kind man and obviously means well, but I felt he was a bit aloof and conservative in the most non-emergent of ways. If my diagnosed disease was one of the more milder and more easily managed ones, he'd be perfect. I suspect he is the perfect psychiatrist if all you need/are looking for is a doctor for Medication management. But be prepared to be hit head on by the obnoxious gauntlet he calls receptionists upon your entry into his office.
