He canceled the office procedure that he was going to do on my chest. I had a painful internal and external skin problem from another surgeon. For some reason, he also assumed things about me when I was already in a vulnerable situation of having to re explain my traumatic experience prior going to him. I emailed his office staff to let him know about my follow up but I never heard back from her or him. I dont understand what's so hard about having a clear communication with a patient instead of coming to uneducated conclusions.

Dr Zavitsanos did my Breast Reduction surgery on Sept 23rd 2021 and the results are AMAZING. The pain was manageable and the recovery has been a breeze (3 weeks post op). I’ve already referred him out to several people and I would recommend him to anyone considering getting a surgery.

I would give Dr. Zavitsanos the highest rating possible. He has treated me for a facial scar, a pre-cancerous mole removal, and the excision of a large cyst in my thigh. His professional skills are highly commendable. He is also kind and personable.

3 years of trying to get a breast reduction, after wanting it for 15 years. He talks fast, doesn't pay attention to your wants. I asked to be a C and he didn't take me seriously. I was told by the nurse after voicing my concerns to her about him not listening to me. She said just remind him the day of surgery, I did remind him that I wanted to be a C and he still decided to leave me a D. He says "in case you loose weight". "I didn't think you really wanted to be that small". I told him, that I did.

Dr Zavitsanos performed a skin graft on my left temple. I am very pleased with the results. The doctor and staff were very helpful and made the situation less frightening. Seems to keep very close to schedule also.

Dr. Zavitsanos is a genius at body sculpting! Around 18 years ago he did my breast augmentation & I am still so pleased with the results. Recently Dr. Z did liposuction on my tummy, flanks, & outer thighs. Three weeks after surgery I was pleasantly surprised to see my mid-body contour appear the way it did 30 years ago before having children! He is very patient & generous with his time. That, in combination with his exquisite surgical skills are what lend toward such high quality & aesthetically appealing surgical results. Both the office & operating room staff are top-notch as well, rounding out the full surgical package!

I was in a very bad accident and he was able to save my leg. He is brilliant and kind! I highly recommend him! His staff is wonderful as well! I felt genuinely cared for by everyone! I will be forever grateful to him and his staff! ??

I recently had my upper and lower eye lids done by Dr. Zavitsanos. I am so very pleased with the result. Dr. Zavitsanos was great in explaining what the procedure would entail. He set realistic expectations for me right from the start. Those expectations were exceeded. My sight is much better now and the awful “bags” under my eyes are gone. I would very highly recommend him. I must also commend his staff both in the office and in the Surgery Center. Very professional, ready to answer any questions and respond quickly to any call. All in all it was a very satisfying experience and, as I already stated, I am very, very happy with my new look.

I scheduled an appointment weeks ago for a procedure only to have them cancel the appointment because the doctor had "another appointment". When attempting to reschedule they were incredibly unaccommodating. The whole experience was a waste of time. I will see a different doctor. I have also notified my PCP and HCP not to recommend to others in my network.
