Dr. Georgianna Richards, MD

Been suffering excruciating headaches for over a year now. Referral was made and I have seen her twice now and she mentions medications, shots, and a new method that goes around the fold of your arm. By the time I get home, pharmacies are closed and the next day no medicine or band for arm is even called in. You made the phone call to question if she just forgot, but she's not in the office for the day and who knows when you'll get an answer. Obviously, she's gets her pay from the visit and you're left to suffer for the next two months while you wait for your next useless appointment that will amount to more suffering.

I have been dealing with this practice to obtain an MS infusion which I have been on for awhile. The original story was a PA needed to be completed and they were working on it. Then the story changed to there was a special form that needed to be completed and they needed to see me in the office to complete. Appointment was scheduled, however transportation is an issue as I live several hours away in a rural community and there are next to no resources for short notice transportation. Attempted to do a telehealth visit, and the office staff reported they only do those on Fridays, and there are no appointments available on Friday as the provider is out of the office for three weeks and they couldn't make an exception. At the end of the day, I wouldn't recommend this office to ANYONE. They have delayed care and the receipt of this infusion. Will be getting a referral to someone else more capable of caring for patients.

Worst doctor I have ever seen. From the office staff to her below average treatment. She did nothing for my MS but delay treatment. Will not answer return calls staff rude could care less. Found a wonderful neurologist at CAMC

Dr Richard's has single handedly delayed me receiving my multiple sclerosis treatment. Extreme negligence and wouldn't reccomend to anyone

Dr Richards stayed back way overtime to make sure that she communicated to my immediate family my diagnosis and needs as I asked her to.

It's been 2hrs and still waiting what a joke!!

I wait over 2 hours to be seen even arriving 15 min prior to my appointment time to be seen by the doctor for 15 minutes with no real solutions to my issues

The dr and staff were ok Lisa the receptionist was very friendly The wait was 2 hrs, The technician from TN that did my EEG was a nut case in my opinion and I don't think I would trust his test results if I ever get them and its been 2 weeks and he said it would be 2 days and so I don't have a diagnosis and a followup appointment for Sept which is a long time to wait

I waited about 2 hours past my Appt. time to see her. I completed paperwork on my 1st and only visit to Dr. Richards. I listed Sulfa as an allergic medicine. When I received my meds she had prescribed, I took them in good faith. After a week, the right side of my body went numb. I did what I should have done in the first place. I looked the script up on drugs.com. The first sentence said 'This is a Sulfa drug.' She was more interested in the man waiting for her in the back than me...a patient in need of services. She had no bedside manner. She basically poisoned me. I wouldn'the send my worst enemy to see her. BE WARNED!!

nurses are rude ,they don't update charts and its a 3 to 4 hr wait time.the staff didn't put in the computer I was there so now they have me as a no show even though I seen the doctor .
