you will never get a call back drs will never call a pharmacy back office is always empty, why do they not call back office staff is rude on the phone. Guess they don't need the new patients. Never been treated so poorly.

Don't be fooled by the reviews on here written by the same person trying to make this place seem good. If there was less than one star they would get it. Went there twice. Gave them a second chance after the first visit was bad and I chalked it up to being busy. Bad decision to go back. I can't believe the office staff and their attitude, tone, body language and behavior. I made an appointment online and it was not honored. Eventually saw the doctor for about 3 minutes total and he runs out the door like the place is on fire while someone else hands me a bunch of prescriptions. He said let him know how I was in a week. I did not improve and and could not get in touch with him and no one on the staff returned any calls. The online system is a joke and non functional. I left a written request for a prescription renewal and no one called me back for 3 days. When I called again I was on hold for 11 minutes and cut off. Called back and on hold for 36 minutes and cut… off. Let a VM with the "office manager" which was never returned. Let a VM on the doctors line and never returned. Hands down in my 59 years this is the most incompetent group of people I have ever encountered. Read the other reviews. Where there is smoke their is fire. Don't go there. If you do you'll regret it.

Dr Congdon is as good and as caring an internist as you'll find. Patient centered, has an excellent medical staff and office, lab on site, cardio testing, they do alot in a very clean and neat facility and the Doctor is young, tech savvy, keeps up with everything new and cares about his patients. Highly recommended.

Dr. Congdon is by far the best doctor that I've had the privilege of having treat me. He is very understanding, compassionate and caring to each and every time I'm in his office. He takes the time to listen to your problems, and will help get them fixed. If you are ever in need of an amazing doctor then this is the place to go. His entire staff is very friendly and caring as well. Unlike other offices they don't just treat you like a patient but like a friend. I would HIGHLY recommend anybody to his practice, no questions asked.

My primary care doctor waited until 4days before Xmas. When I went to my monthly appointment tell me he would no longer write pain meds he had had me on for 6 yrs after 26 days earlier telling me he would work with me until I could find a pain management doc.I went to doctor congdon he gave me enough meds to keep me from being sick or ending up in the hospital he saved my families Xmas and Medicare a hospital bill we are forever grateful thank you so much. Definitely cares about his patients.
