Dr. Gerald Marc Eisenberg, MD

This doctor is terrible!! My older mother got his name from a Fibromyalgia list. He knew absolute NOTHING! I mentioned that I had trouble sleeping and he asks me "why are you not sleeping?" He than asks if there is a nurse that I can speak to at my PCP? He has me start physical therapy downstairs and it is obvious that is ALL that he does! His nurse became irrate when simply calling about a record that was brought to show him and I did not get it back. She was hysterical! I ended up going to pick it up at the front desk or a copy of it that she put up there so I have no idea what the issue was except she did not want to do even that. With the copy is the doctors stupid summary letter sent to my PVP which says nothing of course about what his purpose was. He writes something about my daughter that was inappropriate and she simply was in the room reading a magazine the entire time. He starts the letter saying I was 35 minutes late to the apt. which I wasn't. I'm sure they would not take… someone if so, lol. We lived about 15 minutes away in the same city. We allowed more than enough time for this useless apt. because I was a new patient. For me to have been 35 minutes late would only have made it impossible due to the apt. itself for my daughter to be at work later that same afternoon. It would not have been possible for me to have been late like that. I honestly think he is not all mentally there! Please be careful and do not waste your time.

MET WITH DR EISENBERG TODAY AND HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO TO HELP ME. HE'S A KEEPER!!

My husband and I have gone to him for years. He is so good and informative. He will explain your questions and will take his time doing it. He has a mastery of his field which you realize when you speak to him.

I've had one visit with this man and couldn't have been more pleased. Great listener and congenial bedside manner. Takes all the time necessary....no rush or talking to his back as he leaves the room. "Old school" type which I am also. Highly recommend.

He is wonderful

I had to wait 4 days after leaving message for Dr. and then only assistant called back. I can't work with a Dr. who I can't talk to

Dr. Eisenberg is great doctor he cares about his patience , take time to explain or to follow up and if you have questions he will answer until you understand. I was diagnosed of rheumatoid arthritis.

Dr. Eisenberg treated my mother for years after she was diagnosed with Lupus. When she was hospitalized and put into the ICU after a Lupus flare took over her heart and lungs, Dr. Eisenberg never returned our calls. She was in the ICU for 10 days while Doctors tried to get a hold of him for his "expert" opinion on my mother's case. She died. He never contacted us or any of her other doctors. He abandoned our family and my mother when we needed him. He is a selfish doctor and should not be trusted with the care of your family.

Dr. Eisenberg is easy to talk to. He address all my concerns. He is conservative with prescriptions which I think is great. He does not ove medicate. He does follow up when he feels it necessary

Although I've been diagnosed through an MRI report with severe arthritis in one of my hips, I did not have any problems whatsoever with my hip 7 months ealier. Now my right hip hurts and my left leg is numb. Obviously there's something else going on to cause all of this. He did not investigate any possible causes, but rather said I would degenerate further and would require a hip replacement. I'm only 44 years old and never played any sports and have a desk job. Wear & tear is not possible.
