Dr. Gerald Allen Feuer, MD

A belated and HUGE thank you to Dr. Feuer for performing my hysterectomy in 2020. My history of 3 abdominal surgeries including endometriosis done by open laparotomy led to a massive amount of pelvic scar tissue. Although I had negative genetic testing for Ovarian cancer, my paternal aunt passed from the disease at age 63 which led to my concern with my own large, slow-growing ovarian cyst. I had ultrasounds annually, then every 6 months for more than 12 years. I was just tired of that. Other surgeons said my adhesions were too complicated, and again open laparotomy surgery would be my only option for hysterectomy. In time I was so fortunate to be referred to Dr. Feuer. I immediately felt a sense of relief while meeting with him and his extensive expertise in robotic surgery. 5 tiny 1/2 inch abdominal incisions are all I have visible from my hysterectomy. The biopsies performed showed the ovarian cyst was negative for cancer. But a tiny microscopic spot of pre-ovarian cancer… cells was found in the associated fallopian tube. Dr. Feuer and NPs Gabrielle and Heather continue to monitor/instruct me every 6 months. For Dr. Feuer's amazing skill and care I am eternally grateful. And I thank him for taking on my case when others did not want to. I highly recommend Dr. Feuer; he is a Super Star !

Dr Feuer might be a great dr but his staff is a mess. For a week I've called his assistant every day and left a message to call me.,but only got a voice mail telling me they'll call me back. They never did. Then I'm told I needed an ultra sound but nobody told me were to go or scheduled it. Then the day before my appointment I'm told I should have had it done before. This happened not once but twice. I'm done with this unprofessional behavior.

I needed a hysterectomy - bad things were happening but I had not received a cancer diagnosis ....YET. Dr. Feuer did a robotic hysterectomy and found that I was just on the cusp of having uterine cancer. Whew! I'm so glad I had his expert eyes and hands doing my surgery in a way that kept the chances of spreading any cancer (if there was any) around in my abdomen. His expertise meant he would be more capable of spotting any other issues going on inside. I was scared to have robotic surgery - but I've learned that if you have the robotic surgery with a surgeon who is extremely experienced - then it ends up being better for you than having an open or regular laparoscopic surgery! Dr. Feuer is EXTREMELY experienced! Thank you doctor for doing such a great job!

Dr. Feuer performed an excellent surgery for me! I had a complete hysterectomy robotically, but unfortunately my tumor on my right ovary was so large & hard, he had to perform a c-section to get it out! I recovered quickly & would recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much Dr. Feuer!

My GYN recommended Dr Feuer after I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. Dr Feuer was personable, extremely caring and patient when answering my questions. He is CONFIDENT in his abilities as a surgeon and I found that confidence very reassuring during my appointments and surgery. I highly recommend him! Dr. Feuer was the only Dr. brave enough to operate on me, I had several other Dr.'s too afraid or too overwhelmed with my rare Liver Disease to want to operate. I had Stage one Endometrial Cancer but it took 11 months to have it removed, all because of Primary Biliary Cirrhosis with an overlay of Autoimmune Hepatitis, the Mayo Clinic gave me 2.6 percent chance of survival. But Dr. Feuer assured me he could do a complete hysterectomy and save my life. It's been a year now since my surgery and I am still alive, and flourishing. I will always be grateful to Dr. Feuer for having the courage to operate on me, the outcome could have been so much different.

Hi! I'm 34years old and I've had fibroid tumors....well had for over ten years. After multiple blood transfusions and terrible cycles I was told I needed an emergency hysterectomy. The first doctor said I needed to be cut from breast bone down to pelvic bone. I went to Dr. fuer and today I am the happiest and most thankful EVER!!! ITS the second week after a total abdominal hysterectomy and I am no pain. I had no cancer and no complications. My closure was with glue dissolvable stitches and it's so fine of a cut it's nothing and only from navel down. I cannot thank him enough. The nurses and office staff have a complete lack of patient care. It takes weeks to get a phone call returned. Promised follow-up was never provided.

Dr. Geiger treated my stage four endometriosis with robotic surgery. Every other doctor told me that I would have to lose my Fallopian tubes, but Dr. Feuer was able to save them. I’m very grateful and I strongly recommend him to any woman suffering with endometriosis.
