Dr. Gerald Wendall Miller

A more cosmopolitan approach to medicine, whole health rather than symptom - diagnosis - drug.

Dr Miller shows he has a lot of experience and is intuitive, he can diagnose quickly. His first nurse was polite, knowledgeable and a real asset. She left, and his new nurse was a motorcycle riding person with an immature attitude. His daughter and son worked with him, and they were rude, immature, and had a superiority attitude, the children and the nurse are the reason I stop seeing Doctor Miller, smart alec attitudes.

He correctly diagnosed my back injury by ordering x-rays, which were inconclusive, and they MRI's, which showed the injury. However, he knows nothing about workers compensation. He also correctly diagnosed hormone issues where others did not have a clue for 30 years. The staff is generally rude. The attorney at the front desk treats patients like the enemy. She represented insurance companies I was in litigation with against me. Waits in the exam rooms are often very long. He started out being extremely good. However, just prior to my going elsewhere, he became very unresponsive. He did not check my ears, nose and throat unless I pushed for it several times. I was double billed by his son. At the end, he wanted to see me every 6 weeks, which every other doctor I spoke with found extremely excessive. He voluntarily surrendered his medical license after I left.

Dr. Miller really focused on my thread issue, along with overall balance of my body. Educating and empowering me on the variables that I can influence, especially when it came to nutrition, exercise and sleep. I have had hypothyroidism since 19, and this is the 1st time I feel it is manageable, not to mention how important it is to my overall outlook on life. Thanks Dr. Miller for your continued attention to my health!

The Doctor is good and if you have to wait there is a reason for it. He is taking time because he is doing an excellent job with each patient. The only thing is the young staff and they do not always follow up. They are getting better. I have had what I considered emergency situations that were ignored by the staff. They need to do a better job as your life may depend on it. They need to have monthly meetings talking about what they can do to be a better staff and "BE THERE FOR THE PATIENTS"

Doesn't matter if I am the first patient of the day or not, the wait is always at least 45 min. I even hear the Doctor outside the exam room door talking to staff while I wait.

Excellent doctor. Strives to find answers to your concerns and problems...spends time listening and diagnosing, which leads to delays in meeting appointment times. I simply don't schedule anything after my appointment time with him, so I am free to wait and have him listen. After being told" you're fine" by 5 different doctors, he was the one to say, "I agree, you're not fine and here's why...".

Dr. Miller and his staff are very unprofessional. I did not recieve call backs when leaving messages, I would show up for an appt and wait, wait, wait and wait...as much as 90 minutes. They offered many excuses and then at one point made their patients sign a sheet stating they would be on time and respectful of the office schedule. This was the last straw considering I waited 45 minutes for this one.
