I felt very comfortable with Dr Rosen right away. Dr Rosen was vey professional but kind, not stuffy and I didn’t feel like just another patient with him. I feel like I am in good hands for my upcoming surgery

This is the third time I had to revisit. During the first visit I was examined and measured for bifocals. Glasses came in and it was incorrect . Worked with Mike. I had to be reexamined . I was examined by a tech, who seamed very nervous and came in and out of the room . New prescription. When the glasses came in it was wrong . I could not see in distance . Visited yesterday and the young woman did a great job. Saw that my prescription was incorrect and issues a new one . Mike has also been fantastic during this process . I have been waiting for months for a simple updated prescription and new frames . At this point I should receive a sizable discount for the inconvenience. .

Dr Rosen was timely, knowledgeable and very thorough. He reviewed the notes, tested my eyes and advised of very little changes and would see me in a year.
