I was so impressed with the standard of care Dr. West gave my husband. We were given a last-minute appointment and his staff bent over backwards to be gracious. Dr. West was extremely thorough. He did a lengthy exam, checked everything ....eyes, ears, nose, throat and everything in between. I've worked with doctors in an urgent care over the years, and Dr. West is by-far the best physician I have ever been to. He actually gives solid advise and direction about HOW my husband ended up with the problems he had, and how to remedy them. When we left I had all my questions answered and felt like we were the only people he had to see that day. The one-on-one care was amazing. Thank you Dr. West for your time and knowledge.

Excellent Doctor, you can not any better in the Tri-state area!

I don't think this doctor is very knowlegable or really knows what he is doing or how to treat patients. He didn't do anything to help my condition.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He did nothing to help me, don't think he had a clue how to treat my condition. He doesn't seem like he even cares about patients.

Dr. Gerald West is just the best. He spends quality time with me addressing my concerns and explains things. He is conservative in treatments and will find out what the problem is instead of just handing out pills. Great doctor.
