Royal Dental was on the list when scheduling appointment for my daughter. When she got there she was told they do not take insurance and will only file as a courtesy so she could get reimbursed. They filed a claim with assignment of benefits to them and the check went to them. When we called they said they would only refund the amount they got paid not the amount that the insurance company said they could not charge. Spoke with Andrea on several occasions or at least tried to speak with her. She YELLS, YELLS, YELLS and tells you that you know nothing. I was a biller for over 30 years so I do know something! I have filed a claim with the Florida office of Attorney General. I have also filed a claim with Seniors vs Crime. This place is ripping people off and are committing FRAUD. I would advise anyone else who has had an issue with them to contact the above organizations. They should be ashamed of themselves

My wife had a screw replaced in her bridge. It took the Dentist 2 minutes to install the new screw and his charge was $150.00. Does this sound fair to you? Be sure to get a price quote before the work is done.

Not a very pleasant experience. He did not warranty his work which I feel I over paid from the start. I had to have it redone elsewhere.
