Dr. Gerardo J Casazza, DDS

I have been a patient at this practice for 25 yrs, I have not been the most diligent patient in my dental care ( due to my own fairs but nevertheless my entire family and myself have been part of this practice . This past weekend I broke a tooth and called the office instead of the receptionist asking if I was in pain she was belligerent on a balance of a bill I had from 5 yrs ago and that I would need to pay this before being seen by anybody in the office and my first visit would have to be the hygienist. She continued to worry about a balance that I knew I did not owe . I told her to just make me an appointment with whoever and if I owed the money I would pay it . I reached out to a new practice on Monday and called the office to cancel my appointment and request my entire families dental records. I received a call from the woman I dealt with on Monday and was told there was a mistake I did not owe anything ( for the record ) this women should not be in her position as a… representative for this office . Growing a business only works when u care about ppl they do not
