I was actually afraid of this Dr. She does not listen to you and laughs at you. I learned the hard way!

Dr. Gerta Janss is not a doctor. She is all about how many patience she could see in a day. She is rude and doesnt consult. She gives out prescriptions bcz she has the title to. She learned nothing in school as she told me i dont know whats on your skin and didnt even run tests. Her mother should have taught her manners. The worst experience i have ever had.

I really like Dr. Janss - I have seen her a few times, but the last time my husband and I both went to have a full body scan, she didn't even bother looking at half of my body and did her "scan" in about 30 seconds AND, I have previously had skin cancer! My husband had a couple of moles that were irregularly shaped and discolored and she skipped right over them. When I pointed them out to her and asked about them, then she decided they should be removed. She's a lovely woman, but in my opinion, her quality has gone down.
