Dr. Gertrudes U Jacinto-Francisco, MD

Dr Francisco is wonderful. Currently she is at CHI Health, 2282 W 15th Street, and the "HR" there is godawful. They are rude, the manager is the worst of them all, and I caught the manager and another person telling outright lies. I really want to stick with Dr Francisco but I am searching for another doctor because I just can't take her staff anymore. I don't trust them. Her nurse is awesome too. I'm really going to miss Dr Francisco and the nurse.

Maybe she's better delivering babies, but if you go for menstrual problems, be prepared for a 5 min exam after waiting over an hour, and be prepared for being told to "lose weight" instead of actual real ideas about your problem. Horrible experience. Also, her English isn't the greatest.

Dr. Francisco is the most caring doctor I have had the honor of being a patient for! She made me feel at ease at each visit, she delivered my baby safely and even came to visit me in my room! She is loving and caring and I highly recommend her!

Dr. Francisco is the absolute best. She takes the time to explain everything you need to know. No one leaves her office without all of their questions answered. Dr. Francisco's is by far the best MD that I've known to date. I trust her completely as her knowledge is as apparent as the wide and beautiful smile on her face. She considers all of the children that she delivers her children and takes time as such. I'm sticking with her. Thumbs up! : )
