Dr. Ghada Haddad, MD

Performed a careful and thorough exam of my condition and made the appropriate recommendations for treatment.

Extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Do not go to her if you want to be treated with respect!

Dr. Haddad is a wonderful person and doctor. I recommend her to anyone!!

Haddad misread my wife's test results twice and sent her for thyroid surgery. The surgeon pointed out that Haddad had misread the "clear as day" test results (even I understood them after surgeon showed them to us) and thyroid was not her problem. Follow up with primary doctor also confirmed that Haddad had totally screwed up reading of test results. When my wife then tried to get her thyroid prescription refilled, Haddad's office said she would need to get it from another doctor and did not return a follow-up call.

Dr. Haddad was one of the worst medical interactions I ever had -- cold, unsympathetic and dismissive. I felt humiliated and less than human because she was unfamiliar with my condition. Though her staff was initially friendly, that changed by the time I left her office, inspired no doubt by her own negative attitude. This entire office could use a heavy course of sensitivity training.

I found Dr. Haddad to be an extremely poor listener, unwilling to take the time to answer questions. I left both times feeling that my questions were not answers and having little confidence that my medical needs had been addressed. They were also very unclear about follow up. I will not go back a third time.
