Wait time is long even when I am first appointment. The Dr has gone over issues about my health that I have not ever experienced or related to him? I have had multiple issues with trying to get prescriptions filled. Such as the dosage being changed without my knowledge, and it was in error of the office that did not take responsibility for the error . I was shown there request by my Pharmacy of the dosage change request. The last time I requested a refill for this same prescription, my pharmacy said they had received no request for a refill. After 10 calls to the office and 7 calls to my Pharmacy. The Dr 's office told me the request was sent to a Pharmacy I had not used in more than 2 years. I was told I need to give the Pharmacy my new information for billing. I have in my passion the last prescription bottle filled by the Pharmacy I normally use. No responsibly, accepted by the Dr's office and was told that is what they had on file. Obviously their records are not being… updated, nor do they care about the impact this has on the Patient. Wasting my time is not acceptable! Staff is rude and actually tries to argue their incompetence issues to be my fault. I now have a new Dr ! No more problems!

Always have to wait to see him. I called for an appointment and was told it would be 3 weeks before I could get in.Waited 3 weeks and I came in 5 minutes before my appointmenton the day and waited one hour forty five minutes and asked 3 times what was taking so long. Hes running behind. Totally ridicules He and Michael Sabbah have really dont care about there patients And I would never recommend coming here Terrible service . worst experience

I was Dr Sabbah's patient for over 2 years and I was never seen by him. I dealt only with the NP and office staff. Everyone was pleasant but were terrible in following through with referrals to specialists and getting my medication prescriptions sent to the prescription provider. All this happened on multiple occasions. It was not just a single occurrence. They are very out of date in this office. They do not even have a computer.
