I have never had such a bad experience with any Administrative staff - and this being a medical office who couldn’t care less and so rude. Whomever I was dealing with in charge of the Billing or Office Manager was combative and unhelpful. Super dismissive when it comes to appointment times for future scheduling. Wait time has never been less than 45 minutes to an hour AFTER my appointment start time.

Dr. Khan is an amazing doctor, he took me in his practice because no other obgyn wanted me since i was considered a high risk patient. He has delivered three of my kids and i definitely grew a connection with him and his staff as well. Dr. Khan also takes many insurances which is a life saver since my insurance did change and i was scared i wouldn't be allowed to see him anymore but thankfully i was able to continue. Overall amazing team all around.

i have lots of friends who go to Dr. Khan they all speak so highly of him so i transferred to his obgyn his staff is amazing very helpful and very caring. Dr. Khan himself is a very pleasant and very easy to communicate with, he also speaks multiple languages.

Dr. Khan has practiced for 20 years in Jacksonville and has delivered thousands of babies including mine!

I wish I could give him NO STARS. I had my baby in 2013 at Baptist south hospital and she was oxygen deprived due to their negligence. They lied and covered it all up. I didn't find out until years later through N.I.C.A. My baby is suffering tremendously from a brain injury at birth. Her apgar score was a 3. Please be careful and do not go here. A baby delivered at memorial hospital by Dr Khan died in 2014 as well. Don't believe me?? Look his name up GHULAM Q. KHAN and his midwife Katherine Morgan on coj.net it's under core public records. I will NEVER STOP FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE FOR MY BABY. How can you all be so heartless?? My baby doesn't deserve this at all. She's now 5 and can barely walk and talk. She probably won't be able to live on her on. Take this as a warning. My life will never be the same because of them. I hope this saves many lives.

HD preeclampsia that I was not told about until after birth, he just brushed it off as high blood pressure and blamed me for getting fat. Instead I had all this water weight due to preclasia. During birth his assistant refused to tell me if I tore and how bad. My discharge papers told me I had compound birth that I knew nothing about from the doctor or his PA. I have incontinamce a year after birth and have no idea what to tell my physical therapist about whether I had complication or what degreey tear was because I was not told this information. It seemed like his young PA that was present at my birth was trying to keep my condition a secret and pretend all was well. My discharge says nothing in detail. I feel like I was not told I had a probl and was not fully stiched up the way I should of, so my therapist says. Does not care about patients well being after birth.
