If I could give 0 stars I would. After initially being told I would need to wait 3 months for my daughter to be seen I was ecstatic that after explaining the urgency of the appointment they were able to work me in a week later. That's the only positive experience we had with this office. The nurse or tech (not sure what she was since she never introduced herself) was very abrupt and almost rough with my daughter. Dr. Guggino had us in exam room for 5 minutes before I was informed that he thought my daughter was exaggerating her symptoms and that she could see the screen just fine. He seriously asked her if she just wanted glasses. My daughter was in tears in the parking lot she was so upset by this experience. Office manager did speak with us to try to excuse this behavior but there are no excuses for this Physician. Perhaps it is time to retire, Dr. Guggino, because based on your treatment of my daughter I would not recommend you to anyone.

It is unbelievable how disorganized this office is, not to mention how rude the man who answers the phone is. It seems like no matter what I ask NOONE knows the answer or they have just told me what I want to hear knowing it's a complete lie. I am usually a very understanding person but this is just complete chaos, I definitely DO NOT recommend you taking your child there.

Dr. Guggino is amazing with children and with all his years of experience, he's seen everything. He was able to diagnose and treat my son's vision issue and get him back on track. Thanks!

I brought my 2 year old son to see dr. guggino. To begin with, it was so busy there that there was no where for me and my 3 children to sit and wait the hour that we did. But the bigger issue was when he was examining my son, he had to put an eye patch on him. naturally, my son reached up to touch it and dr. guggino took his hand and slapped it a few times saying "no,no,no! don't touch that!" it is absolutely not okay to touch anyone else's child like that! for any reason! I will never take any of my children back to him! I will also be filing a complaint with the medical board.

Dr. Guggino has been taking care of my sons vision since he was a child, and did his last surgery for a rare eye disorder. I have always trusted his expertise, and travel quite a distance to see him. I have tried for the past three months to make an appointment with him, only to be told by his un-courteous staff to call back. I called back three times, weeks apart. I was finally told Dr. Guggino was giving his patients to another doctor in office. I asked if that meant Dr. Guggino was no longer taking his patients anymore? She would not confirm this. All I was told was they were not going to give me an appointment to see him. I told his staff worker, that it would have been nice if they sent letters to his patients informing us he was no longer taking his patients instead of playing phone tag. This was not handled by him or his office very professionally.

The office staff are great. The previous techs are/were excellent, the new hire techs need to be updated with skills. Billing, I have no problem. I have notice the wait time has been longer, but only when I go in the mid afternoon to later. Early morning appointment in and out in no time. Starting to wonder if they have to many patients?? The doctors are very caring and understanding they make sure you are comfortable with your care that he/she provided. If you have any problems just call. Yes, sometimes you do have to call back several times and leave additional messages. But once you get ahold of the doctor, your problem is resolved, right then and there!! If it gets that far. I have been a patient for a few years and will not switch, the care is great and the doctor is understanding and caring.

Office Staff is very disorganized; ideally a good office manager will not se ethings get so out of hand. There are things that need improving at this office, will I continue to go - yes. Do i call beforedriving over ther, of course, otherwise I am in for a long wait.
