If I could leave negative stars, I would. Incredibly condescending and inconsiderate. Didn't make eye contact with me during our 1 minute appointment. He has zero interpersonal connection with his patients and comes across as arrogant. It is near impossible to reach lazy Suzan in scheduling. Played phone tag for about two weeks trying to schedule a surgery that needed to be done months ago. Overall, a very disheartening experience.

Most incompetent Dr. I have ever been to. Very combative when answering questions. Leaving a tube on side of patient for over three months and not showing up for out patient surgery, not acceptable. Then not even calling and asking my husband to see him over this, not good! Not answering direct questions not acceptable. Then going to another dr., and he asks, why is that tube in there? We explain, then sends us for ex rays, back to the new dr and within 10 minuets he has the tube out. My husband had that tube hanging out of his back for over 3 months not acceptable when another dr. take it out within 10 minuets of a visit, should have every patient question how Richards received his license, there was so much more that happened but to much to write about.

Do not know how this doctor received a 5 Star ? He disregarding paper work brought in by patient for visit and choose to use information online something patient did not come in for as well as refusing to acknowledge patient great concern to find a doctor that would not write off a patient with health issues and seemed unable to comprehend patient came into his office to find out how to treat , fix or find a correct Solution to improve the health of the patient instead he made excuses for poor treatment of past health providers , did not do a Proper physical exam or diagnoses for patient instead just sent patient somewhere else and Labeling patient as rude. What has happened with doctors actually treating and caring for patients health anymore. They get upset when you ask them to do their job.

He helped me understand my problem and helped me to find a way to improve my situation.

Caring, honest and to the point. Helps me make decisions about my care.

He is a great Urologist and cares about his patients.
