Dr. Gilbert Jyy Ho, MD

First time I met the doctor I just thought maybe his personality is straight forward and to the point! But went a second time and no empathy(which is not a must to be a good doctor but it builds connections with the patient) he has no patience no respect for patients. Wouldn’t recommend!

What can I say. He doesn't have the best bedside manner but he is an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr.H is very rude! lacks empathy for his patients. He just doesn't know how to interact with the families or the patient. the front desk ladies are rude as well. please find another doctor.

From the girls who work in the front booking and checking out clients to the extremely rude, abrupt, condescending Dr. H, this is one if not the worst experience I've ever encountered in a medical setting. First of all the girls rarely answer the phone and they NEVER call you back. They are also liars. They told me that the wait to three weeks each time I was left in pain waiting for my results. These people obviously hate their jobs or just hate people. I would NEVER recommend but rather highly encourage you to stay dark from this place.

I went with my friend to this appointment to support him and was shocked with the bad attitude that was given to us by the rude doctor and his staff. Initially, when we walked in the staff didnâ??t even lift their heads up to acknowledge us and was ignored for the first 30 minutes. Then we had to wait an additional 2 hours to see the doctor. When we did see him, he did a quick (less than 2 minutes) exam and was so unprofessional and our time with him lasted for 10 minutes. This doctor should go back to school for patient etiquette and I donâ??t know how the board granted him his medical license and also I am very surprise that he is still practicing medicine. I feel like he is a loose cannon and if you say the wrong thing to him, he will snap. I overheard one of the nurses telling him to â??be niceâ?? in a concern way. I felt so unsafe at this office and is truly worried about his way of doing things in the medical world. I am never coming back to this awful office ever… again.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Don't go to this office! The staff is disrespectful, arrogant, ignorant, unpleasant, unfriendly & prejudice! They won't even open the glass to speak with you and will keep saying "what" because they can't hear you due to the glass being closed. I will never ever go back to that office. I wanted to litterly pull the b_ _t _h through the glass and beat some act right into her! If you're not happy working there, FIND ANOTHER JOB!!

I find him knowledgeable, thorough and willing to take the time to explain things. He has taken the time to listen and even tries to explain things to my adult disabled child who is also a patient of his. His bedside manner is abrupt and could use some improvement. He doesn't sugar coat things, but tells it like he sees it.
