23 Years of Exceptional Care I have been a patient of Dr. Gillian Esser for over 23 years, and I can say without hesitation that she is the most extraordinary physician I have ever worked with. Dr. Esser brings a rare combination of patience, kindness, deep understanding, and truly superlative medical expertise. She has also been my daughter’s provider for over 12 years, and she feels exactly the same way. What sets Dr. Esser apart is the care and intention she brings to every visit. She takes the time to listen—really listen—and to relate, understand, and explore every possible path toward the best outcome. She is thorough, thoughtful, and consistently goes above and beyond to research, pivot, and develop the right solutions for both immediate concerns and long-term wellbeing. Had been a patient of her's until recently, but have recently questioned her practices and decided to look into it further. (!) Make sure blood work is done before prescribing medications.(2 )If she offers a procedure, make sure she explains why she's doing it. (3) Get a second opinion if she recommends a procedure.(4) If she ask you what procedure you want done, RUN. (5) DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU HEAR! Remember she is self-employed, she work for hers

I went to Dr Esser's office when I lived in Washington for 3 years. I loved her and her staff. She was caring, warm, well informed and supported me 100% with my medical questions, procedures and treatment. I only wish I could find another doctor like her here in Phoenix Az.

I've been a patient for 15+ years. Dr Esser is amazing, she is caring knowledgeable, and compassionate. I work for an acute care hospital that also has 10 clinics including a womens clinic. I would not go anywhere else! I've had to wait a bit past my appointment at times or even reschedule when she has an emergency appointment. If I was the emergency I know she would take care of me in my time of need also so I don't mind the occasional minor inconvenience. I hope she's around as long as I am!
