Are you feeling a little “off” lately? Down, anxious or unsure what comes next in life. Or, it could be you just don’t feel like yourself and you’re not sure why. You are not alone. To have problems means that you are human; but there is hope. I provide a warm, accepting space for people to explore what matters to them and what’s getting in their way.
In 2008, I graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Masters in Clinical Community Counseling. Now, as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have been in private practice since 2015. I primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulty controlling anger and low self-esteem.
I help clients learn to learn how to manage overwhelming emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, learn mindfulness skills, and improve their relationships. My primary mode of counseling is Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
