Dr. Osuala is indeed the best Psychiatrist in the DMV. He is very caring and takes care of all his clients.

Nearly impossible to reach between appointments for emergencys or refills. Tkes an average of 1 week for refills to be called in

Dr. Osuala is a lifesaver. He is the most caring psychiatrist I have ever seen. I had my doubts at first about his abilities to understand my situation and illness. He listens, knows and remembers me and my life despite the fact that he serves a large poor population. He sacrifices his own time occasionally and is flexible in scheduling and calling in prescriptions.
