Dr. Gina L Ruesch, MD

Went to see Dr. Ruesch for foot pain. The experience was excellent. She took the time to listen to my problem and offered multiple suggestions for resolving my condition. She was thorough and was extremely detailed in her explanation. She is a wonderful physician and I would recommend her without any hesitation.

Went in for severe foot pain. Looking at my xrays, she told me that a surgeon wouldn't help and that she doesn't refer to a surgeon for "at least a year". She then told me that what I needed and would lessen the pain, was to get a "good pair of orthotic shoes and the right inserts", as well as she "has a guy" that "makes them for her", starting at $300. She then dismissed me and charged $500 for the stellar lack of compassion. 2nd opinion Dr ordered an MRI (expressing confusion as to why she didn't order one) and found I have a torn tendon that requires a surgical repair. Thanks for the lack of compassion, empathy and charging me hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing. Disgustingly horrible lack of medical care. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!
